The Janome J3-18 features 18 stitches and an automatic four-step buttonhole. It is a portable, lightweight machine, including a convertible free-arm for circular sewing and a front-loading bobbin system. Threading is now straightforward thanks to the easy-to-follow numbered thread paths and automatic needle threader.

You can adjust the stitch length and width, and there is a drop feed facility for freehand embroidery. The machine also features satin and stretch stitches, a reverse stitch lever and a one-hand thread cutter.
